"Cause darling I'm a nightmare dressed like a daydream".
As you can easily notice, I'm pretty obsessed with Taylor Swift's album "1989".
It is absolutely great and describe perfectly the way I see people and (especially) boys.
Yep, I said boys, because unfortunately I've never had the pleasure to meet a man.
A real man.
I am pretty sure that they don't exist. Or if they do, they are an endangered specie.
Like the red wolf, the monk seal or the Bolivian Chinchilla Rat.
Exactly, like a rat. They like to go out at night, looking for their little piece of cheese and then, when they got what they were looking for, return in their little den, hiding in the dark, too cowards to go out in the sunlight.
Men are like those Princes charming from the Disney fairytales. Simple utopia.
Now, Taylor Swift understood that a long time ago and tried to warn us, silly and naive girls. But obviously we want to suffer (and let's be honest, we quite like suffering for this kind of stuff, we are weirdly masochists) and didn't listen to what auntie Taylor told us.
But probably it's better living these feelings on our own skin. We learn more, we know what does it mean. We become stronger and it becomes easier to make the difference between a little boy and a real man.

So my dear friends, stop feeling bad for a couple of shitty boys that are not able to get their shits together. Make them feel tiny and nervous. Be their "nightmare dressed like a daydream". And look for a man, a real man.
